1. What is the process to have you design my website?
First, we'll ask you to show us a website on the internet that you like. We will then create a sample page for you. We will
email the sample page to you within 24 to 48 hours, or upload it to our server for you to view. After reviewing the sample
page, you will be able to suggest any changes in colors, layout, etc. Once you approve the new mock up, we will start
designing the website.
2. How long will it take you to complete the job?
1 - 2 pages, 1 - 2 days
3 - 5 pages, 3 - 7 days
More than 5 pages, please ask for a time frame estimate.
The time frame for completion of a website is based on us having in our possession all of the material necessary to design
your website, such as text, graphics, logo, etc. If we are designing the graphics or logo, writing or editing the text,
additional time may be required.
3. What is your guarantee?
We'll work hand in hand with you in order to achieve the website you want. We are available via email, and will give you
an instant messenger screen name to contact us on. Additionally, we will be available to you via telephone.
Communication is the key to our success. Unlike the big companies, you will be talking to the designers, not a salesman
or operator.
4. Will there be a contract?
Yes. Our contract will specify the work to be performed for you, and the terms agreed on. Once you are ready to
employ our services, we will email a contract to you. You will then review the terms, and once signed you can return the
contract to us via email. On the contract there will be a box at the bottom for you to accept the terms. Simply type in your
name, if you accept the terms, and that will be considered a legally binding "digital signature". If, for some reason, you do
not agree to the terms as specified in the contract, let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do everything possible to
correct any problems or oversights.
5. Are there additional fees to your packages?
Short answer: No. Our basic packages are based on a standard HTML website, using either your graphics, or free
graphics available on the internet. Like any other service, there are additional extras you can request. However, once a
design is agreed on, and a price has been set, there will be no additional charges without a written (digitally signed) "work
order" and approval for any additional costs from you. The page(s) can either be designed by us, or a downloaded
template from the internet of your choosing. If any content, graphics, or downloaded templates found free on the internet
are used, then the rules from the provider must be followed. Some require a "back link", some do not.
6. What do I get in the $99 package?
Domain name and domain registration for 1 year, including Whois Guard;
1 - 2 pages (depending on design work required), basic HTML, ready to go;
Hosting is included for 1 month. If, after 1 month, we continue to provide hosting, the hosting cost will be $14.99 per
month. However, you are not bound to us for hosting after the first month. The contract will specify this.
(NOTE: If you don't already have a domain name, we will tell you where and how to find a suitable and available one,
then we will register it for you.)
7. What all is included with the hosting?
We will upload your new (or newly redesigned) website to the internet, and maintain it for the duration of our hosting
agreement with you.
8. What if I already have a website, and I just want it redesigned?
Give us the address of your website, tell us what you are looking for, including if you have seen another site you like, and
we will be happy to give you a quote within 24 hours.
9. I already have a hosting service I use. Can you do just the design, and I use my own hosting service?
Yes. We will be happy to give you a quote for design only.
10. I like my website the way it is. I only need hosting, can you provide hosting service only?
Yes. Hosting alone, without design, is $14.99 per month, or $150.00 per year, if paid annually. When paying for
hosting alone, please pay 3 days before the term expires, to insure no service interruption occurs.
11. How do I make a payment for your services? How do I know my payment information will be secure?
On every page on our website, there is a Pay Now button. When you click on the Pay Now button, you will be taken to
an encrypted secure payment page. There you can select to pay with any major credit card, PayPal, or bank draft.
Your payment is guaranteed secure. Your payment information will never be stored on our site or in our database. We
will receive instant notification of your payment, so there will be no delays.
